Once applications are reviewed it may take up to SEVEN DAYS for a reply.

Admission to this event is free and open to the public, no vendor passes are required. There will be VIP passes being sold, but they will not affect attendee access to vendor areas.

Each booth is an empty, outdoor space either on the road or in a nearby park, you must provide all of your own set-up materials (We highly encourage you to bring a tent for your set-up.

Once billed, all vendor and artist invoices are due upon receipt.

No refunds will be issued once an invoice is paid unless the event is canceled.

Booths are subject to change up to the day of the event.

Load-in details will be emailed about 1 week before the event.

Internet and Electricity are not included in the vendor space purchase. This event is outdoors, so you won't have access to electricity in your space.
